We recommend hand washing for all of our glass pieces.

Do you outsource any production?

We do everything in house, right down to our recyclable packaging. Because all of our bottles are from local bars, restaurants and friends we are able to save on overhead costs. Our Products are minimally processed and made by hand in our own glass shop. We only use local businesses for our extra materials other than bottles.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, returns or exchanges may be made within 7 days of purchase. Returns may only be made on new and unused products. Please contact us for instructions on how to return a product. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless a fulfillment error was made by EVRbottle.

Can I cancel an order?

The Customer may cancel an order within a 14-day window, the cancellation period will start the moment a customer receives a product.

If buyers properly exercise their return, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that the item has been shipped back with shipping proper shipping insurance. 

The shipping costs produced by the withdraw will not be included in the refund.

If the Item is receive damaged, please contact us ASAP. Please take photos of both item and box for making a claim to the shipping company. Please keep all boxes and packing materials.
